General Updates (February)


Heyo heyo. I've been diligent about posting update info on other sites, but I really figured I should say something directly on itch, as well!

So I should letcha know, since October there have been many silent changes beneath the hood. What first comes to mind are...

a few sound effects I've added,

tweaks to inventory (Now you can unequip all items at once, click to unequip, get way more info about your items by clicking ?, and I now have a system to load new items in)

sprite changes (Poison makes ya green, Jelly makes ya blue, Bimbo makes ya pink, so on)

many many many bug fixes

new endings & scenes (Like 4 or 5 at least)

two new battles (mimic & tentaworm)

This is only talking about public-facing stuff. As mentioned before, this is Part 1, so when Part 2 releases, it will be more or less an equal amount of new content to Part 1. I've kept implementing bug fixes and quality of life changes in the background, but what I was going for was large punchy releases every few months rather than slow incremental change. Much of the content is already in the game as a series of scattered scenes and battles, accessible to supporters, just not yet attached to the main rooms, if that makes sense.
